Our web tools support JPG, JPEG, and PNG image formats. The maximum file size is 10MB per image. Some tools also support uploading multiple images at once for batch processing or multi-image editing.
Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your uploaded images and design files are processed securely and are not shared with third parties. We do not use your designs to train AI models without your consent. Yes. Subject to your subscription plan and our Terms of Service, you are granted rights to use AI-generated outputs for both personal and commercial purposes. This includes using renders in client presentations, marketing materials, and design proposals.
Output quality depends on the tool being used and your input image. Most rendering tools produce images at 1024px or higher resolution. For larger outputs, you can use our HD Upscale tool to enhance images up to 4K resolution. The AI maintains detail and clarity during upscaling, making the results suitable for print and presentation use.
The web tools run in your browser using our cloud servers for AI processing. The Windows desktop application runs AI models locally on your machine, offering GPU-accelerated processing, offline capability, and full data privacy since nothing leaves your computer. Each AI operation consumes a certain number of credits. Different tools may consume different amounts of credits based on the complexity of the operation. Credits are included in subscription plans and can also be purchased separately. Your credit balance is displayed in your account dashboard.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.
